White-Label Platform Provider Notice
Zeeker Platforms, Inc. (“Zeeker”) provides hosted community, conversation, moderation, account, analytics, integration, and related technology to organizations that may offer the experience under their own name and design. This notice explains Zeeker’s provider role behind an entitled white-label integration. It does not replace the site or community operator’s terms, privacy notice, cookie choices, rules, reporting routes, or contact information.
1. The operator runs the public experience
The organization controlling the verified domain and branded experience is the “Operator.” Its public name and domain appear in the Operator Legal Hub, which also supplies a managed contact route. The Operator chooses the public brand, audience, community rules, enabled features, content sources, moderators, integrations, and many data and cookie settings for its site, app, community, embed, or widget (“Operator Experience”).
The Operator’s public terms govern a visitor’s or member’s use of the Operator Experience. The Operator is the first contact for questions or requests about its community, accounts, moderation decisions, content, cookies, and processing it controls.
2. Zeeker as processor or service provider
For eligible personal data that Zeeker processes solely to provide an Operator-controlled feature on the Operator’s documented instructions, the Operator is the controller or business and Zeeker is its processor or service provider. Depending on the selected features, this may include hosting and displaying content, operating member and moderation tools, applying preferences, securing the integration, routing Operator-controlled requests, providing support, and deleting or returning data.
The private Data Processing Addendum defines this role and its limits. It includes confidentiality, security, incident, assistance, deletion, international-transfer, audit, and subprocessor terms. Current providers used to help deliver the service are listed at Subprocessors.
3. Zeeker’s independent processing
Zeeker may determine purposes and means for limited processing outside an Operator’s instructions, including Zeeker’s own contracting, billing, account administration, direct support, security and abuse prevention, enforcement of platform-wide safety requirements, legal compliance, and direct Zeeker services. Zeeker’s Privacy Policy describes this processing and available rights.
If an Operator enables a feature that creates a direct Zeeker account or service relationship, or if applicable law requires Zeeker or another recipient to be identified, the Operator and Zeeker must provide the corresponding disclosure. White-label presentation does not change the parties’ actual data-protection roles.
At present, a public interface that omits Zeeker identification is limited to an isolated, public, read-only integration without sign-in, accounts, contributions, Chat, profiles, or exits into the Zeeker network. Connected or interactive Zeeker services remain separately disclosed and co-branded unless Zeeker expressly enables a tenant-managed identity and acceptance model.
4. Cookies, analytics, and similar storage
The Operator selects the features and settings used in its experience and is responsible for its own cookies and lawful configuration. Zeeker may provide managed notice and preference controls for the Operator. Optional tracking must follow the applicable regional consent or opt-out model and recognized signals such as Global Privacy Control.
Zeeker’s Cookie & Tracking Notice explains Zeeker-controlled technologies. The Operator Legal Hub should explain the complete set of technologies used in the Operator Experience, including technologies controlled by the Operator or other providers.
5. Content, moderation, and rights
The Operator is responsible for obtaining the content and data rights needed for the features it enables and for publishing suitable community rules and reporting paths. Zeeker provides tools and may enforce platform-wide safety requirements. The Publisher, Embed & White-Label Terms allocate the private content-rights, privacy, moderation, safety, and cooperation duties between Zeeker and the Operator.
This notice does not itself grant Zeeker, the Operator, or a visitor any content license. The applicable Operator terms, Zeeker agreement, direct permission, and law determine those rights.
6. Requests and contact
For an Operator-controlled account, community, cookie choice, moderation decision, or privacy request, contact the Operator through the contact or reporting route in its Legal Hub. Zeeker may assist the Operator with eligible requests under the DPA.
For a direct Zeeker service, Zeeker-controlled processing, platform safety issue, or a request the Operator cannot route, use the Request Center or email legal@zeeker.com. Zeeker Platforms, Inc. is located at 230 E Ohio St., 410-1590, Chicago, IL 60611, USA.
7. What white-label presentation means
An entitled Operator Experience may omit Zeeker branding and public Zeeker legal links and use one neutral Operator Legal & privacy link. An Operator may link to this notice as a second-layer provider disclosure where appropriate. The absence of Zeeker branding does not transfer ownership of Zeeker technology, make Zeeker the Operator, or remove any disclosure required by law.
The managed legal hub, this notice, and Zeeker’s standard templates are operational resources, not legal advice or a guarantee that either party satisfies every requirement in every jurisdiction. The Operator remains responsible for facts, choices, and obligations specific to its business, audience, features, and locations; Zeeker remains responsible for its own processing and contractual duties.
