Copyright & Takedown Policy
Zeeker respects intellectual-property rights and responds to complete notices under applicable law, including the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
Before submitting
Consider authorization, license, fair use/fair dealing, quotation, parody, news reporting, and other exceptions. If the issue is incorrect attribution, publisher data use, trademark, privacy, or defamation rather than copyright, choose the correct Request Center category.
Knowingly false notices can create legal liability. Zeeker may send a notice—including contact information—to the affected user or a transparency database where lawful.
Copyright notice
A valid notice should include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list;
- identification and exact location of the material to remove or disable;
- your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address;
- a good-faith statement that use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law; and
- a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are the owner or authorized to act.
Use the copyright notice form. The form collects the required statements and creates a reference number.
Counter-notice
If content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, a counter-notice should include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of removed material and its former location;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, and telephone number;
- consent to the jurisdiction of the US Federal District Court for your address—or, outside the United States, a judicial district where Zeeker may be found; and
- agreement to accept service from the claimant or their agent.
Use the counter-notice form. If valid, Zeeker may restore the material after the statutory waiting period unless the claimant informs us of a filed court action.

Zeeker Platforms, Inc. has appointed Deepa Balasubramanian to receive copyright notices submitted through this website. As of July 30, 2026, Zeeker has not verified an active matching designation for this contact in the US Copyright Office’s public designated-agent directory. This website listing alone does not establish Zeeker’s eligibility for the limitations on liability in 17 U.S.C. § 512. Zeeker will update this section after a matching directory registration is active.
Repeat infringers
Zeeker maintains a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of repeat infringers. We consider valid notices, counter-notices, retractions, court outcomes, account relationships, severity, and abuse of the process. We may restrict uploads or preserve records while a dispute is active.
Trademark and impersonation
For trademark, passing-off, or impersonation claims, choose “Other legal or safety request,” identify the registration or rights relied on, exact material, territory, confusion, and requested action. Zeeker may ask whether you contacted the account first.
Intimate imagery and TAKE IT DOWN
Copyright ownership is not required for a depicted person to report non-consensual intimate imagery. Use the urgent NCII form. Zeeker’s dedicated workflow accepts guest reports, reviews valid notices promptly, targets removal within the legally required period, and applies reasonable measures to prevent known identical copies where required. Do not upload the intimate image to the public form; provide the exact Zeeker URL—or the exact HTTPS URL on a managed white-label community—and a description.
Restoration and appeal
We provide the affected user a reason and available counter-notice or appeal route unless prohibited by law or safety. Rights owners can respond using the original case reference.
