Regional Terms & Privacy Notice

This notice supplements the User Terms and Privacy Policy. Mandatory local protections control if they conflict with another Zeeker term.

European Economic Area

Zeeker identifies purposes and legal bases in the Privacy Policy. You may access, rectify, erase, port, restrict, object, withdraw consent, and complain to your supervisory authority. You may object specifically to direct marketing and processing based on legitimate interests.

For data obtained indirectly from publishers or public sources, categories, sources, purposes, recipients, retention, and rights are described in Publisher Data & Crawler Policy. Zeeker will provide any additional direct Article 14 notice when required and not exempt.

Nonessential device storage and access require prior consent unless an exemption applies. Online terms and moderation restrictions are public and machine-readable. Illegal-content notices, statements of reasons, internal complaints, and human review are described in Notice, Moderation & Appeals.

Data transfers may rely on adequacy, Standard Contractual Clauses, supplementary measures, or another lawful mechanism. You can request information about the relevant safeguard.

United Kingdom

UK GDPR rights generally mirror the EEA rights. PECR applies to cookies, pixels, app SDKs, and similar storage or access. Zeeker obtains consent before nonessential technologies where required.

Zeeker assesses whether user-to-user and search functionality triggers duties under the Online Safety Act, including illegal-content risk, children’s access, reporting, complaints, and proportionate safety measures. Service-specific assessments are reviewed as products and audiences change.

United States

Residents of covered states may have rights to know/access, correct, delete, port, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, limit certain sensitive-data uses, use an authorized agent, and appeal a denied request.

Zeeker does not sell personal data for money. If a disclosure is “sale” or “sharing” under a broad state definition, use Your Privacy Choices or GPC. We do not knowingly sell or share covered data of people under 16.

California residents may request categories and specific pieces of data, sources, purposes, categories of recipients, correction, deletion, and opt-out, subject to exceptions. We do not discriminate for exercising CCPA rights. Metrics and additional notices will be published when legally required.

Nevada and other residents may use the same form for applicable opt-outs. Consumer requests are authenticated with proportionate information already associated with the account.

India

Zeeker prominently publishes its rules, privacy policy, user agreement, prohibited-content standards, reporting, grievance, and appeal mechanisms. The India grievance form records an operational deadline to acknowledge a general grievance within 24 hours and resolve it within seven days. Specified prohibited-content removal complaints use a 36-hour resolution queue. Covered complaints about private-area exposure, nudity, sexual acts, impersonation, or morphed images use a two-hour action queue. Other faster government, court, child-safety, or mandatory-reporting duties take precedence where applicable.

India’s Digital Personal Data Protection framework has phased commencement. Zeeker is building clear notice, consent, rights, children’s safeguards, security, and grievance controls ahead of provisions that become applicable. We will update this notice as commencement and any classification-specific duties apply.

Any additional resident or Significant Social Media Intermediary contacts will be published if that classification applies.

Please include your name and contact details, the Zeeker URL or account involved, the nature of the grievance, the relief requested, and any relevant reference number. Do not send passwords, unnecessary identity documents, or intimate imagery by email.

Brazil

Under the LGPD, you may confirm processing, access, correct, request anonymization/blocking/deletion where applicable, port data, receive sharing information, withdraw consent, and petition the ANPD. Processing bases and international safeguards are described in the Privacy Policy.

Canada

Zeeker provides meaningful information about purposes, collection, use, disclosure, safeguards, access, correction, and complaints. Consent is obtained where required and should be appropriate to sensitivity and reasonable expectations.

Australia

Australian users may access and correct personal information and complain about handling under applicable Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles requirements. Zeeker takes reasonable security and cross-border disclosure measures and will provide any locally required notice.
