Community Guidelines

Version: 2026-07-29Applies to: Content, conduct, communities, chat, embeds, APIs

Zeeker is for curious, useful, and authentic conversation. These Guidelines apply across public posts, private messages, communities, profiles, embeds, publisher integrations, automation, and attempts to direct prohibited conduct elsewhere.

1. Protect children

Never create, request, distribute, threaten to distribute, link to, normalize, or facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes grooming, sexualized depictions of minors, sextortion, trafficking, and synthetic or altered material. Report urgent child-safety concerns through the dedicated form, using the exact Zeeker URL or exact managed-community HTTPS URL. Do not download or resend suspected illegal material.

2. No non-consensual intimate content

Do not share or threaten to share intimate images without consent, including sexual deepfakes, hidden-camera material, sextortion, or identifying links. A depicted person or authorized representative can use the urgent NCII form, using the exact Zeeker URL or exact managed-community HTTPS URL. Valid reports are placed in the time-sensitive removal and known-copy prevention workflow.

3. No violence, threats, or dangerous facilitation

Do not make credible threats, celebrate or solicit serious violence, organize violent wrongdoing, or provide operational instructions that materially facilitate terrorism, trafficking, self-harm, weapons abuse, or other serious harm. Good-faith news reporting, recovery support, prevention, and documentary context may be permitted with appropriate safeguards.

If someone appears in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Zeeker is not an emergency service.

4. No targeted abuse or hateful conduct

Do not harass, stalk, dogpile, sexually harass, or encourage others to target a person. Do not attack people based on race, ethnicity, caste, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, serious disease, age, or another protected characteristic.

Criticism of ideas, institutions, conduct, and public policy is generally allowed. Context, power, repetition, and likelihood of harm matter.

5. Protect privacy

Do not expose private addresses, live locations, authentication secrets, financial or medical records, government identifiers, private communications, or other sensitive information without a lawful public-interest basis. Do not use Zeeker to surveil, face-match, background-check, or profile vulnerable people.

6. Be authentic

Do not deceptively impersonate people or organizations, forge evidence, misrepresent affiliation, operate undisclosed coordinated influence networks, manipulate civic participation, or fabricate engagement. Parody and fan accounts should be clear.

Materially AI-generated or manipulated media must be disclosed where a reasonable person could mistake it for authentic evidence, a real person, or a real event. See AI & Synthetic Media.

7. No spam, fraud, or manipulation

Do not phish, scam, distribute malware, run pyramid schemes, evade rate limits, mass-post unsolicited promotions, manipulate votes or metrics, scrape contrary to controls, or buy/sell accounts and engagement. Legitimate promotion should be relevant, transparent, and consistent with community rules.

8. Respect rights and the law

Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, database, or contractual rights. Do not sell illegal goods, facilitate prohibited transactions, or use Zeeker to violate sanctions or court orders. Use the Copyright process for copyright claims and the illegal-content form for other unlawful material.

9. Community-specific rules

Communities may add clear, lawful rules appropriate to their purpose. Those rules cannot authorize platform-wide prohibited conduct or discriminate unlawfully. Administrators must apply them consistently and offer reasons and appeals where required.

10. Enforcement

Depending on severity, context, history, and risk, Zeeker may warn, label, reduce reach, age-gate, remove, restrict features, quarantine, suspend, terminate, preserve evidence, block re-uploads, or notify authorities. We consider whether content is newsworthy, educational, documentary, artistic, counterspeech, or in the public interest.

Attempts to evade an action may lead to broader restrictions. When appropriate, Zeeker gives a statement of reasons and appeal path under the Moderation & Appeals Policy.

Report

Use in-product reporting when available. Guest-accessible and specialized reports are in the Request Center. Choose the narrowest accurate category so the submission reaches the correct queue.
