Subprocessors
The exact provider depends on the Zeeker feature, customer configuration, region, and consent. This list describes material providers visible in Zeeker’s current service architecture; a provider is not used for every user or every data category.
| Provider | Service and data | Typical processing location |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services, Inc. | Cloud hosting, databases, object storage, CDN, email delivery, notifications, logging and security; account, content, device, operational and support data | United States and configured AWS regions, including India |
| Google LLC and affiliates | OAuth/identity connection, YouTube embeds/APIs, and optional Google Analytics after prior consent where required or subject to applicable opt-out controls elsewhere; account connection, video interaction, or analytics events | Global, including United States |
| OpenAI, L.L.C. and affiliates | AI-assisted features, moderation, summarization, classification, and generation when enabled; prompts, selected content, safety and response data | United States and provider locations |
Zeeker may also use professional advisers, payment providers, and short-lived support tools as independent controllers or processors depending on context. An applicable order may name additional enterprise-specific subprocessors.
Safeguards
Zeeker uses contracts, purpose limits, confidentiality, access controls, security requirements, deletion duties, and transfer safeguards appropriate to the provider and data. Optional analytics is not activated before consent where required, can be turned off where an opt-out model applies, and remains off when GPC is active.
